10 Craft Ideas to do With Halloween Pennywise Coloring Pages

Once you've finished coloring every spooky detail, don't let those Pennywise masterpieces gather dust! Turn them into terrifyingly fun decorations and toys with these 10 easy, affordable craft ideas.

1. Pennywise Pop-Up Card

Cut out your colored Pennywise figure, leaving a small tab at the bottom. Fold a piece of construction paper in half to make a card, then cut two small parallel slits near the fold inside. Push the paper between the slits to create a pop-up platform, then glue your Pennywise cutout to it for a frightening surprise.

2. “We All Float” Balloon Garland

Carefully cut out several colored Pennywise heads or full figures. Punch a hole at the top of each cutout. String them together with red yarn or string, alternating with small red cardstock circles (to represent balloons) or even tiny actual red balloons for a spooky “floating” garland.

3. Sewer Drain Peeker

Cut a rectangular piece of gray construction paper or poster board and draw or cut out drain grate lines. Attach a larger piece of dark paper behind it to create depth. Glue your cut-out Pennywise just behind the “grate,” positioned to look like he's peeking out, for a chilling wall decoration.

4. Georgie's Boat Mobile

Cut out a colored Pennywise and several small paper boat shapes from white paper. Decorate the boats to resemble Georgie's “S.S. Georgie.” Hang your Pennywise in the center from a coat hanger or two crossed popsicle sticks, then dangle the little paper boats around him with string at varying lengths for a haunting mobile.

5. Pennywise Wearable Mask

Cut out Pennywise's face from a colored page. Reinforce it by gluing it onto a piece of cardboard or a sturdy paper plate. Punch holes on the sides and thread elastic string through them so you can wear your creepy creation as a mask.

6. Creepy Smile Garland

Focus on Pennywise's most terrifying feature! Cut out just the wide, toothy smiles from several of your colored pages. Punch a small hole on each side of the mouths. String them together with a thin piece of red string or fishing line to create a truly unsettling banner for a doorway or wall.

7. Pennywise Stick Puppet

Cut out a full-body Pennywise figure from your coloring page. Glue it securely onto a sturdy craft stick or popsicle stick. Use your finished puppet to stage a mini horror show or just to give friends a playful scare.

8. Red Balloon Place Card Holders

Cut out small, head-only Pennywise figures from your pages. Glue each head onto a small red cardstock circle, which acts as the balloon. Cut a small slit into the red circle and insert a folded piece of paper with a guest's name for a frightful Halloween dinner party place card.

9. Sewer Lair Diorama

Find a small shoebox and paint the inside dark gray or black to represent the sewers of Derry. Cut out your colored Pennywise and glue him inside, perhaps peeking from behind a bend or an opening. Add small crumpled paper “rocks” or a tiny paper boat for extra detail to create a chilling scene.

10. “You'll Float Too” Door Hanger

Cut out a full-body Pennywise figure from your colored page. Glue him onto a piece of sturdy poster board or cardboard shaped like a door hanger (with a hole at the top for the doorknob). Add a small piece of red yarn tied to his hand, extending down, to mimic his iconic red balloon.
