Cut out your colored bird nests, eggs, and baby birds from the finished pages. Punch a small hole in each cutout and string them with varying lengths of yarn or string to a couple of criss-crossed popsicle sticks or pipe cleaners. Hang your delicate mobile from a ceiling hook to bring a touch of nature indoors.
Glue a large cutout of a colored bird nest onto the front of a paper lunch bag or a wide craft stick. Separately, cut out a small bird from another coloring page and glue it to a narrower stick or a piece of string. Hide the bird inside the bag/behind the nest, then make it “peek-a-boo” out of the nest!.
